Groundskeeper
Location: Richmond, VA
Type: Contract-to-perm
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in janitorial, porter, or maintenance work, ideally in a residential or commercial setting.
- Proven experience in drywall repair and professional painting techniques.
- Able to lift and move heavy objects (50+ lbs), climb ladders, and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform interior and exterior painting, including patching, sanding, caulking, and priming walls, trim, doors, and cabinets.
- Assist with preparing vacant apartments for new residents, including trash-outs and cleaning.
- Clean and sanitize common areas, including lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, elevators, and public restrooms.
- Maintain exterior curb appeal, including sweeping walkways, trash removal, and landscaping/leaf cleanup.
- Assist with light maintenance requests such as replacing light bulbs, swapping HVAC filters, and minor repairs.
Pay Rate: $18-$20/hr

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
