Warehouse & Stockroom Clerk

Hours:
- Monday- Friday; 8:00am – 5:00 pm
Position Duties:
- Verify quantities, part numbers, descriptions, serial/lot numbers, and condition against Receipt slips.
- Complete inventory transactions in Microsoft Dynamics GP or other approved systems.
- Label materials and place them in the correct warehouse or stockroom location.
- Report damaged, missing, incorrect, or unidentified material to the Warehouse Lead or Supervisor.
- Pick, stage, issue, and transfer parts for Manufacturing, Field Service, Engineering, Quality, and other internal departments.
- Support kit preparation, production orders, service orders, repair activity, and system builds.
- Maintain clean, organized, safe, and clearly labeled storage areas.
- Follow ESD requirements when handling electronic boards and ESD-sensitive materials.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One to three years of warehouse, stockroom, shipping/receiving, inventory-control, or manufacturing-support experience preferred.
- Experience with ERP or inventory systems; Microsoft Dynamics GP experience preferred.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to read and verify part numbers, labels, packing slips, purchase orders, and inventory documents.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and communication skills.
- Experience with cycle counts, inventory locations, serial/lot tracking, and material traceability preferred.
- Medical-device, GMP, ISO 13485, or regulated-manufacturing experience preferred.
Pay Rate:
- $24 – 27 / Hour – Depending on Experience

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
