Essential Job Functions

Maintain shipping and receiving areas as needed.

Assist with loading and unloading trucks.

Coordinate shipments and pickups with common carriers and delivery services.

Communicate with customers and other parties as needed to clarify discrepancies, schedules, or shipment details.

Inspect and document incoming and outgoing orders for quantities, damage, dates, and other relevant information.

Immediately report irregularities, discrepancies, or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

Handle customer inventory carefully and responsibly to minimize the risk of loss or damage.

Report to work on time, follow instructions, work effectively with others, follow established rules and procedures, and respond appropriately to constructive feedback.
