Commercial Building Manager
Must be very organized, able to multi-task, and proficient with a computer.
Must have at least 8 years of experience in Property Management.
Good knowledge of electric, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler, energy management
systems, card access controls, fire alarm systems, and building envelope.
Ability to manage day-to-day operations with maintenance staff.
Ordering of materials and parts. Including sourcing parts.
Prioritize work orders that are called into the office
Bid out projects and major expenditures.
Assist with development of annual operating budget.
Act as a primary contact for building tenants.
Schedule conference rooms for tenants.
Contact and schedule outside contractors / vendors as needed.
Liaison with cafeteria operator and fitness center operator.
On-call for emergencies.
File state emissions reports (annually).
Responsible for re-keying tenant spaces.
Assist in coordination of tenant fit-ups.
Ability to read blueprints.
