Position Overview
Deliver, assemble, and install products such as hot tub covers, saunas, and specialty equipment. Use mechanical and carpentry skills to ensure installations are completed safely and correctly while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and install hot tub covers, lifters, siding panels, saunas, and other equipment.
- Safely lift, move, and assemble products.
- Answer customer questions and provide updates throughout installations.
- Use company software to manage schedules and work orders.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles.
- Work with team members to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Attend team meetings and assist other departments as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of installation, construction, delivery, or mechanical experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and carpentry skills.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Willing to work additional hours during busy seasons.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and move items weighing 100+ lbs.
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting.
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working in various environments.
