Maintenance Technician

We have partnered with a Regional Property Management company who is in need of an All-Around Handyman who can help with Apartment Turnovers and Maintenance orders for a 200+ unit complex in East Hartford
Pay: $22-23/hour
Schedule: 8am – 5pm Mon-Fri
We need someone to start ASAP!
Goal:
Provide residents with a clean, well maintained and fully functioning living environment.
Responsibilities:

• vacant apartment preparation
• trash removal
• emergency repairs
• cleaning
• landscaping
• ordering maintenance equipment
• record keeping
• accepting deliveries and moving furniture and/or appliances.
• turn projects (fixing up apartments after residents leave prior to leasing to a new resident)

Must have hands-on experience with: basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, heating, landscaping and cleaning
