Maintenance Technician – $26/hour

Maintenance Technician 

We are looking for a Maintenance Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will handle apartment turnovers, routine property upkeep, and general repairs to ensure our community stays safe and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Apartment Turnovers: Perform cleaning, painting, and minor repairs to prep units for new residents.

• General Maintenance: Handle basic carpentry, light plumbing (e.g., fixture replacements), and very minor electrical repairs.

• Grounds & Safety: Maintain common areas, perform landscaping, handle snow removal as needed, and conduct routine safety inspections.

• Communication: Report larger maintenance issues to management promptly.

Schedule & Compensation

• Pay: $26 / hour

• Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

• On-Call Rotation: 1 week out of every 3 weeks (includes being on-call for snow removal as needed)
