We have partnered with an Aerospace manufacturer in Wallingford who is looking for a Manufacturing Associate to join the team for a Temporary Project.
Pay is $25/hour with a schedule of 3pm – 11pm Mon-Fri
Seeking additional help to perform machine operation, visual inspection, testing, and basic repair of our products.
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment to process product
- Visually inspect products for defects, damage, and variations
- Identify, report, remove, or repair defective sections
- Perform basic electrical, continuity, and spark testing
- Measure cable and conductor dimensions using micrometers and other tools
- Perform minor repairs, including trimming braid and repairing product
- Maintain accurate production and inspection records
- Follow established procedures and safety requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of relevant manufacturing, machine operation, inspection, or production experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and procedures
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail
