Administrative Assistant
Location: Tiffin, OH
Pay: $21/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30AM – 5PM
Responsibilities:
- Main responsibility will be handling filing for the office, organizing and maintaining records
- Answer phones, and greet tenets in a professional manner
- Compose and type all correspondence and documents
- Maintain professional communication with residents, applicants, and vendors
Requirements:
- 1+ year of Administrative Assistant experience in residential setting
- Experience with RealPage or similar software is a plus
- HUD experience is a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
