Position Summary The Operations & Talent Coordination Specialist is responsible for delivering accurate, efficient day-to-day administrative support across people operations and talent acquisition functions. This role drives core departmental workflows, coordinates employee life-cycle programs, and assists with cross-functional projects, internal communications, and HR system administration.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Support: Partner with leadership to streamline daily department activities, maintain data integrity within HR systems, and support continuous process improvement.

Global Mobility & Compliance: Administer administrative workflows for work visa sponsorships and business travel documentation, partnering directly with external legal counsel and internal staff to ensure compliance.

Life-Cycle Administration: Manage end-to-end onboarding and off-boarding procedures, ensuring seamless transitions and accurate record-keeping.

Communications & Engagement: Draft clear internal announcements for company-wide distribution regarding organizational updates, programs, and team events.

Data & Analytics: Compile departmental metrics and assist in analyzing operational data to recommend procedural enhancements.

Employee Guidance: Serve as a trusted point of contact for staff inquiries regarding standard operational policies, benefits, and internal procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 2–3 years of high-level administrative experience supporting an operational or human resources function.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and professional experience).

Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and modern HRIS platforms; demonstrated familiarity leveraging AI tools to optimize administrative workflows.

Knowledge & Competencies: Working knowledge of employment regulations; exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications: Professional HR certification (such as a PHR or SHRM-CP) and bilingual fluency in Mandarin.
