Bilingual in English and Spanish Required
Location : Fort Myers, FL
Pay: $25/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:30 PM | Saturdays 10:00 AM–4:00 PM (Alternate Saturdays depending on Property Manager schedule)
Saturday Schedule:
Candidates may be required to work alternate Saturdays depending on community needs. If a candidate works a Saturday, they will receive the following Monday off.
Position Summary
Seeking a Leasing Consultant to support leasing, marketing, resident relations, and daily property operations at a multifamily community. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room for career growth into an Assistant Property Manager role.
Responsibilities
- Lease and pre-lease apartment homes
- Conduct property tours and follow up with prospective residents
- Process applications, leases, and move-in paperwork
- Assist with renewals and recertifications
- Support marketing and community outreach efforts
- Build positive relationships with current residents
- Respond to resident questions and concerns
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and property operations
- Maintain accurate resident and leasing records
- Follow Fair Housing regulations and company policies
- Assist with resident events and community activities
Qualifications
- 1+ year of leasing or multifamily experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, professional, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with computers and property management software
- Reliable transportation required
- Affordable housing, HUD, or compliance experience is a plus
- Must be available for alternate Saturdays
