Patient Service Representative ($24/hr) – Trumbull, CT

Contract to potential hire!

Location: Trumbull, CT

Rate: $20-$24/hr DOE

Schedule:

• 4, Eight hour days (when working Saturday) (scheduled between Mon – Fri from 8:30am – 5:00 pm
• Every other Saturday; 8:30 am – 2:00 pm

Description:

• Maintain appointment schedule template (alterations, deletions, additions).
• Coordinate the ongoing operation of the check-in process and front desk to ensure that quality services provided are cost effective and efficient.
• Answer telephone calls to office, assists callers in a pleasant manner, takes accurate and complete messages and refer callers to appropriate personnel when necessary.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of direct healthcare experience required.
• Epic EMR experience preferred.
