Position Overview
We are seeking a professional and polished Medical Office / Patient Access Representative to support a busy healthcare environment. This role will involve significant patient interaction, appointment scheduling, insurance and demographic updates, and high-volume inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate patient office visits
- Confirm patient appointments
- Update patient insurance and demographic information
- Perform accurate data entry using Epic/EMR systems
- Handle a high volume of inbound patient calls
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to patients
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a medical/healthcare setting
- Experience with EMR software; Epic experience is highly preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional and polished demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume call environment
- Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy
- Must be able to complete a drug screen and background check

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
