Maintenance Technician and Porter
Location:
Naples, FL
Hours:
- Monday–Friday
- Flexible start times between (7:00 AM, 7:30 AM, or 8:00 AM) | After-hours emergency calls as needed
- This is a mobile commercial facilities maintenance role – Traveling is required
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience with maintenance, facilities, porter, handyman, commercial building, or construction.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
- This technician services commercial buildings and facilities throughout Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and Fort Myers. Candidates must be comfortable traveling between multiple commercial properties throughout the day and working independently after training.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and general commercial building maintenance.
- Maintain storage rooms, electrical rooms, elevator rooms, and building equipment rooms
- Perform emergency cleanup and respond to after-hour service calls as needed
- Inspect and maintain common areas, stairwells, roofs, and exterior grounds.
- Trash removal, sweeping, blowing, cobweb removal, and general property cleanup
Pay Rate:
- $18-22 Depending on experience
- Mileage reimbursement
