Primary Care RN ($55/hour), Pomfret CT

Outpatient primary care office seeking an RN! 

Temp to hire or long-term temp
Schedule: Monday through Friday, dayshift hours 
Temp Pay: $45-55/hour
Pay if/once permanent: $38-39/hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform nursing assessments and triage for scheduled, walk-in and telephone encounters
• Provide direct patient care through independent nursing visits, guided clinician orders, standing orders, established protocols
• Provide ambulatory patient care, including medication and immunization administration, wound care, oxygen and emergency interventions and POC testing
• Coordinate patient care following emergency department visits, inpatient discharges, lab work, and medication changes 

Qualifications:

• Active CT RN License 
• MUST have ambulatory experience
