Director of Facilities
Pay: $60/hour
M-F 7am-6pm 

We are seeking a hands-on Director of Facilities to oversee the maintenance, safety, and functionality of multiple branch locations. This role travels daily between sites based on operational needs and provides on-call support for emergency situations. A company vehicle and insurance are provided.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and coordinate general building maintenance, including painting, minor repairs, and routine upkeep
  • Oversee all facility operations across branches to ensure safe, functional, and compliant environments
  • Monitor building systems (lighting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) and perform minor troubleshooting; escalate major issues to contractors
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate services such as janitorial, landscaping, snow removal, and HVAC
  • Inspect facilities and recommend repairs, maintenance, or renovations
  • Track all maintenance activities and issues electronically
  • Support facility budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, security protocols, and company standards
  • Serve as liaison for contractors, landlords, and service providers
  • Assist with planning and executing facility improvements and renovations
  • Supervise and develop one facilities employee, including work direction, coaching, and performance support. 
  • Oversee physical security systems and coordinate with internal risk, security, IT, and business partners. 
  • Support emergency preparedness, business continuity, workplace safety, and facilities documentation. 
  • Oversee office supplies, workplace services, operational standards, and employee workspace support. 
  • Partner with Finance, Risk, Security, IT, business leaders, and executive leadership on facilities planning and operational projects. 
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, laws, and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, and Office of Foreign Assets Control. 

Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in facilities management, property management, operations, or a related field. 
  • Experience overseeing building operations, maintenance, vendors, budgets, lease coordination, capital projects, and workplace services. 
  • Experience supervising employees and leading through others. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; facilities certification preferred. 
  • Valid state-approved driver’s license required. 
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, preventative maintenance, safety, security, and regulatory practices.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
