Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support the daily maintenance operations at a multifamily apartment community. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience performing general apartment maintenance, preparing units for new residents, and responding to maintenance service requests.
Responsibilities
- Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs.
- Complete unit turns, including repairs and punch-list items.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
- Perform basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting.
- Complete plumbing repairs, including faucets, drains, toilets, and disposals.
- Repair or replace appliances as needed.
- Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Assist with preventive maintenance and property upkeep as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous apartment maintenance experience required.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
- Experience completing apartment unit turns.
- Ability to diagnose maintenance issues and perform repairs independently.
- Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, climbing, bending, and working outdoors as needed.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
