Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Office Services Coordinator to support the daily operations of a professional office environment. This fully onsite role is responsible for mail and package processing, office services, inventory management, administrative support, event coordination, and serving as a key resource for employees, visitors, and vendors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Sort, process, scan, and distribute incoming USPS, courier, and interoffice mail.
- Prepare and track outgoing mail, packages, and courier shipments.
- Perform in-house and local messenger duties using company vehicle, public transportation, or walking routes.
- Monitor shared inboxes and respond promptly to service requests.
- Coordinate mail tracking, package routing, and shipping records.
- Assist with office moves, workstation setups, and new hire office preparation.
- Maintain office supply inventory, order supplies, and keep storage areas organized.
- Support office events, meetings, community initiatives, and special projects.
- Serve as a liaison with building management, vendors, and office service providers.
- Provide administrative support to office leadership and staff as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office services area.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other office systems to complete daily tasks.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in office services, mailroom, administrative support, customer service, or a similar office environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment including copiers, scanners, and postage systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for much of the workday.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required.
- Flexibility to work occasional extended hours or adjusted schedules when business needs require.
