Prenatal Coordinator
Lawrence, MA
*MUST be bilingual Spanish!
Temp covering a leave for 6 months
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm
Pay: $23-25/hour
Responsibilities:
- Manage the prenatal registry and initiate patient outreach to schedule appointments
- Complete the SDOH screen with patients in advance of their first trimester nursing appointment
- Ensures all patients receive their first trimester appointment with the nurse and provider timely
- Track patients to ensure they have met their appointment and diagnostic milestones
- Manage the prenatal phone line and follow up on all patient inquiries
- Document all patient communication in the EMR, including but not limited to scheduling outreach, SDOH screens and any follow up to patient inquiries
- Cross-trains with the Maternal Care Health Team to provide direct patient care
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- CPR Certification required
- EMR experience a MUST’
- 3 years or more experience as an MA or equivalent healthcare experience
