We are currently seeking both an Associate Veterinarian and a Medical Director to join a collaborative, high-quality hospital dedicated to exceptional patient care and a positive team culture.

Current Opportunities
Associate Veterinarian
Join an experienced team where you’ll have the autonomy to practice high-quality medicine while receiving the support needed to grow professionally.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations
- Diagnose and treat medical conditions
- Perform routine soft tissue surgeries
- Develop treatment plans and communicate recommendations with clients
- Practice preventative medicine
- Collaborate with an experienced veterinary support staff
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care
Ideal Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD)
- Active Maryland license (or ability to obtain)
- New graduates and experienced veterinarians encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for practicing quality medicine
Medical Director
Lead a dedicated veterinary team while continuing to practice medicine in a collaborative and supportive environment.
This role combines clinical excellence with leadership responsibilities, allowing you to mentor doctors, influence hospital culture, and help drive continued success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the veterinary team
- Promote high standards of medical care
- Support hospital growth and culture
- Assist with doctor development and mentorship
- Collaborate with hospital leadership on operational initiatives
- Maintain an active clinical caseload
- Foster exceptional client experiences
Ideal Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD)
- Active Maryland license (or ability to obtain)
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience preferred
- Strong communication and coaching abilities
- Passion for developing people and practicing progressive medicine
