Senior HR Generalist

Hours:
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00am – 5:00pm
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
- 5+ years of experience in an HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience handling sensitive employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgment.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now is a plus) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with AI tools.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures compliance with employment, benefits, payroll, insurance, safety, leaves, and other laws, regulations, and requirements.
- Manage relationships with 3rd party payroll and benefit providers.
- Evaluates and implements ADP modules to improve efficiencies and delivery of HR services.
- Recommend actions to attract, hire and retain employees.
- Serves as a resource to employees as ADP administrator and assists with resolution of human resources,
- compensation, and benefits questions, concerns, and issues in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
- Support hiring and on-boarding of new employees.
- Plan and manage company-wide employee engagement initiatives, including all hands meetings and employee events.
- Additional projects may be assigned with the goal of supporting and engaging our high-performing team
- members.
- Performs other duties upon request.
Pay Rate:
- $49-52/ hour Depending on Experience

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
