Patient Service Representative ($24/hr) – Methuen, MA

Contract to potential hire!

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm

Location: Methuen, MA – completely onsite 

Rate: $22-$24/hr DOE

Description:

• The role is heavily office based (phone calls, patient portal messages, navigating insurance, scheduling etc)
• Will be responsible for greeting patients, verify demographic information and insurance information

Requirements: 

• Must have experience as front desk/receptionist in medical setting, specifically in urgent or primary care
• 2+ years of experience required
