Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Weekend On-Call Required (including occasional holidays)
Pay: $26/hr
Responsibilities:
Maintenance Operations: Plumbing and HVAC Focused | Old Community|
Complete resident service requests efficiently and professionally.
Perform apartment turns, make-readies, and punch work to prepare units for move-in.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, appliances, and general maintenance issues.
Assist with preventative maintenance and larger property improvement projects.
Maintain community grounds and assist with debris removal as needed.
Ensure all work is completed safely and meets company standards.
Resident Service:
Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with residents.
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Communicate repair updates and maintenance needs with the Property Manager and maintenance team.
Support emergency maintenance calls as part of the on-call rotation.
Administrative / Operational Support:
Complete work orders accurately and on time.
Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and work areas.
Monitor maintenance inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
Follow OSHA safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
Assist with daily property inspections and preventative maintenance schedules.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of apartment maintenance experience required.
Experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, appliance repair, and general maintenance.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
