Hours:

  • Monday – Friday
    • 8:00am – 5:00pm

Requirements: 

  • Previous consultative sales experience required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach.
  • Comfortable working with technology and learning new software.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet sales goals.
  • Coachable and eager to learn.
  • Current Hearing Aid Specialist License is a plus but not required.
  • Candidates without a license must be willing to complete company-sponsored training and obtain licensure.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct hearing evaluations using computerized testing equipment.
  • Review test results and educate patients on hearing solutions.
  • Recommend, fit, program, and adjust hearing aids based on patient needs.
  • Build strong relationships with patients while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing hearing improvement.
  • Generate new business through warm lead follow-up, community outreach, health fairs, and local networking events.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Consistently achieve individual sales and revenue goals.

Pay Rate:

  • $55,000 base salary + uncapped commission

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
