Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: $110k-$130k

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders in driving workforce strategy, employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. This position serves as a strategic advisor while also providing hands-on HR support across talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational change.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Support workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Coach managers on performance management, employee development, and retention strategies.
  • Lead talent reviews and support leadership development programs.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Partner with HR teams to deliver recruiting, learning, compensation, and other people programs.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, employment practices, and compliance.
  • Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Utilize HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Support change management initiatives and organizational growth.
  • Participate in strategic HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HR Business Partner responsibilities.
  • Strong background in employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
  • Experience coaching leaders and influencing business decisions.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or distribution environments is a plus.
