Pay: $23-24/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00AM – 5:00PM
Requirements:
- 1+ year of Receptionist or Administrative Assistant experience
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and manage all front desk responsibilities
- Monitor the sign-in sheet and check clients in and out of the program
- Maintain the reception and waiting area and report any client security concerns to management immediately
- Collect participation timekeeping documentation in both hard copy and electronic formats, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Assist with scanning, copying, and preparing materials for clients, staff, orientations, and workshops
- Distribute transit cards to eligible clients and maintain accurate signature logs
- Track client attendance and ensure timely and accurate reporting of engagement activities
- Assist management with data analysis and reconciliations as needed
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
