Fitness Success Coordinator (Remote)
Serve as the main point of contact for clients in a high-ticket program, delivering a personalized, white-glove experience via Zoom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 15-minute Zoom onboarding and check-in calls with clients
- Walk clients through the platform and program expectations
- Address questions, challenges, and provide ongoing support
- Schedule follow-up calls with Progress Advisors
- Ensure clients stay engaged and progressing throughout their journey
- Handle a high volume of client calls and touchpoints
Requirements:
- Comfortable leading client-facing video calls (Zoom)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Quick to learn new tools (Slack, Google Docs, CRM systems)
- Customer-focused and self-motivated
Details:
- Remote | Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm PST (flexible shifts available)
- $18/hr | ASAP start
- Must have video call experience with customers
