Fitness Success Coordinator
Location: Remote
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm PST *
Open-ended contract

Position Duties:

  • Conduct scheduled Zoom onboarding calls to guide new clients through the platform and program expectations.
  • Lead mid-program check-in calls to review progress, answer questions, and address concerns.
  • Provide ongoing client support and ensure a smooth program experience.
  • Schedule follow-ups and connect clients with the appropriate team members.
  • Manage a high volume of client calls while maintaining strong customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and document updates using internal systems.
Position Requirements:

  • Comfortable interacting with individuals receiving mental health services.
  • Experience conducting Zoom meetings with customers or clients (not internal-only meetings).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable leading video calls and presentations.
  • Experience with Slack and Google Docs.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to learn new platforms quickly and work independently in a remote setting.
  • Experience in customer success, customer service, or client support preferred.

Pay Rate:

  • $18/hour

…Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
