Front Office Receptionist

Pay: Up to $24/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (35-hour work week)

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Receptionist to join a busy office environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys interacting with people, and has exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer, screen, and accurately route high-volume incoming phone calls
  • Triage calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel
  • Manage the front desk and maintain a professional reception area
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with scheduling and other office coordination tasks

Qualifications

  • Previous front desk or receptionist experience required
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and call triaging skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office equipment
  • Ability to multitask and remain professional in a busy office environment

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
