Full-Time – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 
Pay – $27/hour


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional manner
  • Take and relay accurate messages promptly
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to all levels of staff
  • Prepare correspondence, letters, and internal documents
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, emails, and deliveries
  • Maintain office common areas and ensure they are stocked with necessary supplies
  • Monitor inventory and usage of office supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment as needed
  • Schedule appointments and organize meetings (electronic or manual calendar)
  • Stock kitchen supplies (coffee, tea, cream, milk, sugar, etc.)
  • Keep kitchen areas clean and organized (e.g., empty dishwasher, tidy space)
  • Coordinate, order, and set up lunches or catering for office employees as requested

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
  • Excellent keyboarding and data entry skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to remain organized and calm in a fast-paced environment

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
