$150,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing complex returns, conducting research, and providing strategic tax planning and consulting support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Tax Preparation & Review:
- Prepare and review individual and business tax returns. This includes Forms 1040, 1120, 1120-S, 1065, 990, and related filings.
Advisory Services:
- Perform proactive tax planning and financial advisory services for clients.
Tax Research:
- Research complex federal and state tax issues to find solutions.
Team Leadership:
- Review staff work, provide clear guidance, and support our engagement teams.
Client Relations:
- Interface directly with clients to build trust and long-term relationships.
Special Projects:
- Assist with official tax notices, special tax projects, and consulting engagements
Required Qualifications
Experience:
- 8 to 12 years of relevant tax and accounting experience in public accounting.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Credentials:
CPA or EA license is preferred.
Tax Expertise:
Strong experience preparing and reviewing business, individual, and trust returns.
Audit/Attest:
- Experience with attestation engagements.
Tech Skills:
- Proficiency with Tax Application Software, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
