The Opportunity & Career Path
This is a highly visible, seat-at-the-table role sitting directly within a tight-knit 5-person leadership team, reporting straight to the President & COO. As the face of the business, you will initially focus heavily on building out high-volume recruitment pipelines—particularly for crucial field and maintenance operations—with a direct, structured track to expand your scope into full Human Resources leadership as the company continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities

Own the TA Process: Design, execute, and scale the entire full-cycle recruitment process from innovative sourcing strategies to onboarding integration.

Proactive Pipeline Building: Actively engage on the phone and in the local community to build passive, reliable talent pools across maintenance, construction, operations, accounting, and corporate roles before hiring needs become urgent.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with divisional leadership teams to understand hiring needs and ensure high-quality candidate matches.

Structured Hiring & Onboarding: Implement and champion rigorous, competency-based interviewing frameworks to optimize quality-of-hire and retention.

HR Systems Support: Maintain core HR data, manage modern applicant tracking systems (ATS), and take ownership of initial employee documentation and records.
Position Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of dedicated talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience. A blend of agency and corporate/in-house recruiting is highly preferred.

Blue-Collar Recruiting Expertise: Proven success navigating high-volume recruitment environments, specifically hiring skilled trades, maintenance technicians, and field operations personnel.

Pipeline Champion: Exceptional ability to source passive talent and organically network within the local market.

Leadership Presence: Polished, professional, and confident communication skills—comfortable acting as the external brand ambassador and internal advisor to executive leadership.

Industry Familiarity: Prior experience in real estate, property management, construction, or related multi-site services is a strong plus.

Process-Driven: Familiarity with structured hiring methodologies (e.g., competency-based frameworks) or operating environments like EOS is advantageous.
