Patient Access Specialist
Westborough, MA
Hours:
- Monday – Friday 8:30a – 5:00p
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly, manage the check-in/check-out process, and clearly communicate office procedures, policies, and safety protocols to patients and caregivers
- Input and update accurate patient demographics, contact details, and insurance information in the database to maintain pristine medical records
- Provide transparent billing and payment information, thoroughly explaining invoices, deductibles, and insurance coverage to patients
- Handle day-to-day insurance verification and billing tasks to ensure accurate and timely account processing
- Answer patient questions, address concerns with empathy, and efficiently relay critical information to relevant clinical and administrative staff members
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks essential to maintaining an organized, smooth-running front office workflow
Qualifications:
- Patient access experience ( 2+ years)
- EMR experience
- Insurance and billing experience
- High-level phone skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
Compensation:
- $24-26/hr

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
