$75k – Direct Hire

• Monitoring occupancy, scheduling move-in and move-out activities, and tracking turnover.
• Interacting with residents to meet their day-to-day needs.
• Resolving resident issues and maintaining a harmonious residential community.
• Hiring and managing  maintenance personnel, addressing staffing issues as they arise, and submitting payroll.
• Working with the maintenance team to identify capital needs and recommending a plan for preventative maintenance and property improvements.
• Developing the annual budget, and managing the property’s expenses.
• Ensuring the timely payment of vendor invoices (i.e., accounts payable).
• Generating financial reports and responding to corporate requests.
