Recruiting Coordinator

Hours:
- Monday – Friday
- 8:30am – 5:00pm
Requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities.
- Communicates clearly and concisely to all levels of leadership and with candidates.
- Connects quickly with other people through formal and informal communication exchanges.
- Thinks critically and is able to leverage tools, resources and data to evaluate a problem.
Responsibilities:
- Schedules interviews, coordinates candidate travel arrangements and administers reference checks and background checks applying best practices consistently with each process and candidate.
- Utilizes Talent Acquisition tools and resources, such as the Applicant Tracking System, to ensure up to date candidate information as well as consistency.
- Creates interview schedules, offer letters and distributes new hire paperwork in an efficient and consistent manner.
- Delivers a consistent candidates experience including communication with candidates and leaders.
- Opportunity to conduct basic candidate assessments as aligned to the job description and requirements as needed at the request of the recruiter.
Pay Rate:
- $25 / hour
…Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
