Responsibilities:
- Delivering person-centered care to maximize individuals’ quality of life, assisting with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, cooking, cleaning), mobility transfers, and personal medical/recreational needs
- Administering medications according to MAP policy, managing house/individual funds securely, and responding effectively to crises by providing CPR/First Aid, implementing behavioral interventions, and managing emergency evacuations
- Fostering personal growth and self-advocacy while facilitating community outings, social connections, and transportation to ensure individuals participate in preferred activities
- Maintaining accurate, timely documentation (including Daily Individual Progress Notes and electronic timesheets) and completing all required certifications within designated timelines
- Adhering strictly to agency policies and state regulations (DDS, DPPC, HIPAA), modelling appropriate behavior in the community, and participating in regular staff meetings and supervision to ensure human rights and confidentiality are maintained
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
