Hiring for a Payment Terminal Auditor for a temporary role to assist with an audit
of payment terminals at various medical facilities.
Most likely 1-2 week project
MUST be comfortable driving to mulitple locations each day
Monday thru Friday full-time hours
Pay Rate: $23–$25/hour
Additional Compensation: Mileage and parking reimbursement provided
Position Overview: Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to conduct on-site visits across ambulatory and outpatient clinic locations. This is a straightforward field-based role focused on collecting and documenting basic payment terminal information at each site.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to assigned clinic locations within the medical network
- Document the number of credit card terminals at each location
- Note whether each terminal is functioning or non-functioning
- Record the payment vendor/processor associated with each terminal (e.g., American Express, Square, etc.)
- Submit organized, accurate findings upon completion of each site visit
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in basic data entry/Microsoft Excel
- Professional demeanor when interacting with clinic staff
- Valid driver’s license, current vehicle registration, personal vehicle, and proof of auto insurance required
