• Salary $65,000+ DOE
• MUST have 3-5 years experience of management or supervision in the demolition or environmental remediation field (Asbestos Removal, Lead Removal, Hazardous Waste Disposal, Contaminated Soils excavation)
• Experience in select demolition, full demolition, industrial demolition
• Able to read blueprints, work with excel, clearstory, building connected
• Able to interact with clients and subcontractors
• Understand the change order process for commercial construction
• Able to schedule projects from start to completion
• Closeout project including paperwork and documentation closeout
• Interact with regulatory agencies as needed
• Ability to manage multi discipline projects with varying schedule requirements
• Be able to reply to emails
• Hours 8-5
• In-person interviews
