Responsibilities
- Open incoming returns , sort by reason
- Clean good frames prior to credit processing
- Clean larger returns from Key Accounts
- Determine if customer is eligble for a refund, process returns in system
- Refurbish and put product back to stock
- Prepare orders by pulling material from picking list
- Confirm orders by scanning items
Requirments
- High school diploma
- 3+ years of warehouse experience – WITHIN REASON WILL REVIEW LESS
