Title: Property Administrative Assistant
Location:  New Hampshire 03062
Pay: $26/hr
Type: Temp tp Hire 
Schedule:  32 hours per week, 8-5 M-F (thurs off)
Responsibilities:
Reporting to a Senior Level Property Manager who will be on site 3 days per week, thus the candidate will need to be self-motivated to perform in the absence of supervision 2 days per week after the initial training period.

  • Answering phones and emails 
  • Meet and greet tenants and new applicants who are interested in applying for residency in the building.
  • Creating application packets and preparing for resident interviews.
  • Assisting with leasing duties including lease signings and running background/credit checks
  • General administrative duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:
Two years’ property management experience:

    1. Financial Report preparation experience is helpful.
    2. Good Communication skills (professional email and professional conversations).
      1. Will be communicating with vendors, team members, and tenants.
    3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/ Outlook
    4. Experience in Yardi is helpful

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
