Patient Service Representative ($25/hr) – Danvers, MA

Location: Danvers, MA

Schedule: M-F 8am-4:30pm

Rate: $22-$25/hr DOE

Description:

• Welcome patients, verify demographics, process necessary paperwork, and prepare medical charts for providers.
• Verify insurance eligibility, explain financial requirements, and collect co-pays or payments at the time of service.
• Answer phone calls, route inquiries to appropriate medical staff, and assist with patient complaints or requests.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar setting
