The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will be responsible for:
•Managing the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
•Collaborating and communicating with department manager, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
•Tracking, tracing, and updating the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
•Maintaining a clean, neat, and organized area.
•Promptly unloading trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.
•Maintaining an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.
•Engaging with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
•Providing additional backup support for shipping and receiving department.
•Unpacking incoming customer parts onto transport tables
•Logging status of incoming jobs and outgoing jobs into our ERP System.
•Following written and verbal instructions in English.
•Reviewing and follow procedures as outlined on job cards indicating customer specification.
•Working in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented, and diverse environment.
•Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required.
•May need to work nights, limited weekends, variable schedule(s), and additional hours as necessary.
•Must be able to fill out all related paperwork, i.e., routers and/or internal records, accurately.
•Adhere to all company safety rules and practices and wears protective equipment as directed.
•Must be physically able to regularly lift parts of 10+ lbs. or more.

…Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
