Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Tech to become a part of our team in Syracuse! You will perform necessary work to make apartments move-in ready and work orders.

The property is approx 200 unit affordable housing building and is looking to hire an All-around Handyman or experienced Technician ASAP!

8am – 5pm Mon-Fri

$21/hour

Responsibilities:

• Light Plumbing (leaky faucets, snaking drains, installing new toilets, caulking)
• Light Electrical (changing fixtures, switches)
• Painting
• Drywall Patching
• Clean Up

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload
