Compensation:

- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Hybrid schedule: remote Mondays and Fridays, onsite Tuesdays–Thursdays (Thursdays optional)
A growing professional liability and insurance services team is seeking an Account Manager to support brokers and clients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Position Summary:
The Account Manager provides administrative and operational support to the broker team to help facilitate market placement, client service, and account management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support brokers with day-to-day account management and administrative functions
- Input and maintain client information within internal systems
- Prepare documentation including spreadsheets, correspondence, and renewal materials
- Assist with account processing and policy-related documentation
- Coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external clients
- Provide additional support and project assistance as needed
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of professional office or administrative experience preferred
- Backgrounds in professional services environments such as healthcare, legal, financial services, accounting, or similar industries are highly valued
- Insurance experience is a plus but not required
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and operate with urgency
- Motivated, proactive, and interested in the insurance industry
