Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Some weekend availability required, may have to work some holidays On-call responsibility required

Pay: Pay Rate: $25-26/hr 

Type: Temp-to-Hire 

What You’ll Do:

  • Fulfill service requests including general plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, appliance repair, and painting
  • Perform apartment punch, grounds upkeep, curb appeal, and debris removal
  • Pool maintenance and upkeep
  • Train, direct, supervise, and motivate maintenance personnel
  • Schedule repairs, order parts, and manage vendors for cleaning and routine maintenance
  • Maintain maintenance shop in a safe and orderly manner with accurate inventory records
  • Minimize property expenses through effective maintenance and preventative maintenance programs
  • Provide safe, comfortable, and well-maintained housing for residents

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the apartment industry
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
  • HVAC certification required, CPO preferred
  • Must understand and uphold Fair Housing Laws
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Upbeat, positive, can-do attitude

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
