This person will be responsible for managing the recruiting process for various positions. They will post jobs, review resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, and must be able to assess skills and cultural matches.

They are working on various roles across all business areas. Need to know how to interview, look for flags, negotiate offers etc. Also, someone who understands candidate experience. This person will need to manage internal and external relationships well.

Strong LinkedIn familiarity
Know how to source and interview candidates
UKG or similar system experience
Familiarity with indeed and other sourcing tools.
