Clinic LPN

GI clinic hiring for LPN
Temporary (6-8 weeks covering a leave)
Hours: M-F, 8:30am – 5pm OR 8pm-4:30pm. 

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently room patients, obtain & record vital signs, patient history, medication reconciliation, and allergies.
• Drives customer service initiatives by creating and owning patient experience.
• Pre-check charts for patients to be seen in the office, making sure all results/records are present for review.
• Assist provider with physical examinations on patients as needed.
• Participates in patient treatment regimen, including administering medications (under the order of a physician).
• Performs a variety of office responsibilities: answers phone takes messages, and performs triage within the scope of nursing practice in an accurate and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Need someone with minimum 1 year of clinic LPN experience.
• Office is huge on personality and someone who is enthusiastic, high energy and team player
• Active FL LPN license 
• Active BLS/CPR
