Location: Westborough, MA
Available Shifts-           1st Shift: Wed-Sun 7am-3pm

2nd Shift: Sun-Thurs 3pm-11pm

Job Description:

  • Control facility access, verify IDs, and manage visitor/vendor check-ins
  • Issue badges and maintain entry/exit logs
  • Conduct routine patrols and monitor CCTV, alarms, and building systems
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
  • Track deliveries/trailers and assist with shipment discrepancies
  • Perform audits, compliance checks, and security rounds
  • Document incidents/security activity and route incoming calls

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma required
  • 1–3 years security or loss prevention experience required; retail/DC LP experience preferred
  • Strong communication and professionalism
  • Able to walk/stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable in a warehouse environment with temperature variation
  • Flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Basic computer skills

Pay Rate:

  • $21/ hour
