Maintenance Technician

We have partnered with a National Property Management company who is in need of a Maintenance Tech for a 300 unit hi-rise apartment building in Downtown Albany.

Pay range is $21-22/hour with a schedule of 8am – 5pm Mon-Fri

Experience needed and major responsibilities include:

• 2+ years of experience in general maintenance.
• Experience in affordable housing/REAC inspection experience preferred but not required.
• Hands-on plumbing, electrical, boilers, painting, carpentry, snow removal, landscaping and appliance repair
• Must be willing to complete janitorial duties including general common area and grounds upkeep, garbage removal
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to stand for an 8-hour shift.
