Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician – 200+ Unit Apartment Community 

Pay: $24–27/hour | Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

On-Call: Every other week

We’re seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a 200+ unit apartment community, focusing on unit turnovers and general maintenance. Experience with heat pumps and appliances is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete service requests and general repairs (appliances, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
• Prepare vacant units for move-in readiness
• Maintain property grounds, including basic landscaping and trash removal
• Respond to on-call maintenance needs and emergencies

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, or carpentry
• Basic computer/tablet skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and handle on-call rotation
